The referrer submits your profile through their company's internal referral system and uploads the confirmation screenshot or portal reference.
We check the proof
A reviewer confirms the submission is real and matches your profile. Fabricated proof means a permanent ban and an immediate full refund to you.
Money moves
Verified: the referrer receives their asking price in full and we keep only our fee. Missed window or failed check: every rupee returns to your original payment method automatically.
Questions people actually ask
Does paying guarantee me the job?
No. You are paying an employee for the work of filing an internal referral, which gets your profile in front of a recruiter far faster than a cold application. Hiring decisions stay with the company.
When does the referrer get my money?
Only after they upload proof that your profile was filed internally and our team verifies it. Until then the amount sits in escrow.
What if nobody refers me?
If the referrer misses the escrow window, the full amount returns to your original payment method automatically. You do not need to raise a request.
Is it legal for me to charge for a referral?
Check your employment contract and internal referral policy first. Some companies restrict it. You are responsible for that call, and you agree to it at signup.
How fast do I get paid?
Once your proof is verified, your price moves to your platform wallet. Withdrawals above the minimum balance are processed to your bank account.
